I was sitting on the couch watching TV when out of nowhere I heard a knock at the door… it was one of my old friends ODB whom I had not heard from in a long time. He said… “You should do more interviews for the news.” I said, “You know what?… that’s a good idea!” So I was looking through the list of people and I said, whom better than someone we all know…. Coffee Shop member Striker.

Jimmy: Good Evening Striker… Do you mind if I call you Joey?

Striker: No.. not at all.. most people know me by that name anyway..

Jimmy: Ok, good… let’s get started….. So how long have the been playing themobster.com and how did you first find out about it?

Striker: I started on February 15, 2006, almost 3 years ago. I found it from a friend of mine on another game that we both played. The game sure was allot different back then. The game was allot of fun and their were allot more good players. The same players/families didn’t rank over and over again and player’s switched families allot less. The best part use to be the wars.. sometimes three or four different families were involved. Today you have a few people with allot of turns and the rest pick up the scraps that are left behind.

Jimmy: Yes.. I guess the game has changed allot and continues to change even today… speaking of which… what’s your opinion on the latest rule changes?

Striker: Well…. I don’t like the new rules but what is done is done. We have to adapt to it and the people with true skills will still rank.

Jimmy: I guess your right… if people got pissed off and left every time something changed they didn’t like on the game we would have no people on here anymore lol. So you recently made a transition from TheChosenFew to CoffeeShop, both highly respected families and both recognized as the elite in the game. Would you say that being in one of them is like being in the other or are their some differences?

Striker: Well here in CS we all pretty much do our own job. In allot of ways the two families are the same but their are some differences like anything else. Other than that, It’s safe to say that both famalies are equally as talanted.

Jimmy: That’s pretty cool, so speaking of TCF and CS, what other families have you belong too?

Striker: Well the first family I was in was DBD which was run by Luie_The_Finger. Then I was in DarkStalkers with GodsHand and GodsRose. After they left I stayed in DS with Cybermafia and then I wound up bouncing around for awhile before joining TCF. I was in TCF for quite a long time then I left and joined CS. I have no plans of ever leaving CS.

Jimmy: Wow, you have played in some the best families in the game and with some of the best mobsters of all time. So… you are a moderator… what’s it like being a moderator, how did you get to be one and do you like it?

Striker: Being on staff is pretty cool… I started as a helper about a year and half ago after DarkOne whom was head mod at the time recommended me to Omar. Then about nine months ago I got promoted to moderator. It’s not as difficult as people may think.. just help out where you can, learn the game.. and after awhile you will be recognized. Of course their has to be space available on staff as well.

Jimmy: Yeah I would say I’d have to agree with you on that! So how did you end up the name Striker?

Striker: Well me and my friend were trying to come up with good names for ourselves and then he came up with the name Striker and it has stuck ever since.

Jimmy: That’s pretty cool and funny how all of a sudden people tend to find a name and it sticks like glue. So… you happen to have quite a few medals now but for awhile you were the only staff member without one. Then you got a godfather medal while you still were in TCF. What medal are you most proud of?

Striker: The medal I am most proud of is the first medal I actually earned which would be my bronze lvl 3 killer medal although I earned it back when you could do so as a lvl 2.

Jimmy: Yes…. I remember when you got that one. So in closing is their anything else you would like to add?

Striker: Yes a quote I have lived by since high school, “Without feelings of respect, what is their too distinguish men from beasts.”
