In the beginning of this round the hammer was brought down on Infamous_Mobb by Johnny-5. JOhnny-5 is affiliated with ME but remained outside the family to ‘discuss’ an issue of respect with IM. Sometimes, respect is earned when you play with o_0 goggles on all round.

Which brings me to my topic.

RESPECT

How many mobster players do you know that you respect?
How many families do you see that you respect?
How many mobsters respect you?
How many mobsters respect your family?

Respect is defined as:

1. esteem for or a sense of the worth or excellence of a person,
a personal quality or ability, or something considered as a manifestation
of a personal quality or ability: I have great respect for her judgment.

acknowledgment: respect for a suspect’s right to counsel; to show respect for
the flag; respect for the elderly.

When I first joined the Mobster community (almost two years ago), respect was what we fought for, killed for and died for. We would remain embroiled in war for 5-10 rounds, just to fight for what we felt we deserved.

Respect.

Today there seems to be a general lack of respect in our community. You used to be able to talk things out between players and families, come to a mutual understanding and play alongside them, enjoying the game and having fun. These days, we mostly see people swapping families and changing names every round.

Now, I’;m not saying that there is anything inherintly wrong with this, rather, I am saying that it showcases the underlying issue of respect. If you are respected by your
family members, they won’t leave you after one or two rounds.

Some of the most well-known mobsters are the most respected. Wether the respect is given by shear fear,or by genuine courtesy, it is nontheless, given.

Our famliy is calling for the return of respect in our Mobster community. We are demanding it from you today and will give it to you in return. And we will fight for it, as assuredly as the colonials fought for their independence.

It is deserved by all, earned by discussion and valued above all else.
